- How long does a sourcing response take?
- A documented first response is normally issued within five business days of a complete project submission, including category coverage, indicative lead times and the information still required.
- Do you confirm that a product is certified?
- Certification is confirmed only against a specific product model and a specific destination market. Until that verification is complete, TEKBATIS reports the certification status as under review rather than certified.
- Which markets do you deliver to?
- Canada, the United States and Mexico, with staged site delivery coordinated against the construction schedule and the applicable local code requirements.
- Does TEKBATIS sell individual products?
- No. TEKBATIS focuses on qualified volume construction projects and coordinated material packages. Minimum quantities vary by category, manufacturer and destination.
- What does a turnkey, door-to-door package include?
- TEKBATIS coordinates project-specific material packages for commercial, multi-family, hospitality and industrial developments, covering manufacturer coordination, documentation, quality control, international logistics and project delivery. Final delivery scope, Incoterm, customs brokerage, duties, taxes, unloading, installation and commissioning are defined in each project proposal.
- Are manufacturer names shared with clients?
- No. Production sources, factory pricing and internal margins remain confidential. Clients receive performance data, compliance status, landed cost and delivery commitments.
